Play multiple games for the first time. Just search the wonderland and filter it to less than 2 minutes. A bunch of collect coins will appear. Playing milliastra stages for the first time gives something like 200 exp rather than playing the same game again and again which gives like 10 or 20 exp
Theres also tasks that gives 100 or 200 exp

Most 2 minute games can be played solo but answering your question; yes you still get 200 for losing as long as it's your first time
