Got Ineffa’s weapon but don’t have Ineffa — who else can use it?
Hey everyone, I ended up pulling Ineffa’s weapon, but I don’t actually have Ineffa yet. I *am* still going to try to get her during this banner, but I don’t have many primogems saved, so I can’t guarantee I’ll get her. I’ll basically be throwing whatever pulls I can until the banner ends and hoping for the best.
In case I *don’t* end up getting Ineffa, I wanted to ask:
• Are there any other characters that can use this weapon effectively?
• Who benefits the most from its base stats and passive?
• Is it worth building someone else with it for now, or better to just hold onto it?
