If you don't have either Flins or Nefer, it's okay.
Using her alongside Ineffa would wheelchair any team. Using her alongside Lauma makes for a solid lunar bloom core.
Now, if you don't have any of these characters, she is much weaker. At that point, just slot her into any team that wants off-field hydro app and decent damage. You can use her in many teams because of that, but that's the same as pulling Nilou for hydro app or if you didn't have any dendron characters.
Try your luck on the Ineffa banner, the patch just started, hopefully you'll get lucky.
