What team do I need to use?

So, I'm a returning player and I have no idea about the current meta. I pulled Bina and Ineffa from the current banners. What team am I supposed to use? Do I need to pull Ineffa's weapon from the banner, or is she good without it? (I'm using Prototype [Ascension 3] for Columbina). Or should I save my wishes for the next banners? Please help me. Thanks Im at AR 56
