Got this in 170 pulls,and now need some advice😔

Lost on her wpn and got ineffa wpn so should I pull for Ineffa? I don't have Flins,I only have nefer. But I also wanna play DPS Bina, I wanna C2 Bina too(I really like her, I skipped every nod krai character for her). I like Ineffa too especially after zyox vid where he said that Ineffa+Columbina is super strong. I m so confused. So Is Ineffa good for my current characters. I have 70 pulls rn. Need some advice or a second opinion, Pls help😔)

You should save and wait for Lauma. Lauma is a big part of Nefer's damage and contributes a significant amount; if you don't like her or don't care about damage then fine you can ignore this.

Ineffa and Columbina is considered a "wheelchair" duo in that they enable lunar reactions while providing a significant amount of damage when added to a team but separately they work fine. you can pull Ineffa and put her on a team with Clorinde, Chevruse and Mauvika for a nice Overload/Lunar Charged team.

I highly recommend you think about getting Escoffier for Skirk; again, she loses a bit of damage and will only be warming the bench without Escoffier.

Oo yea, I am saving for Esco and Lauma too, I lost on both of them before that's why I already started saving for them. This 70 pulls, You can call them extra pulls which I saved especially for Columbina. So what do u think, C1 or Ineffa?? Which one would be better for my account??

I usually say character over constellation especially if you have a limited roster.
