Can't fixed this crash, it's the "compiling shaders" thingy

I just started playing and updating my genshin this afternoon and at first I thought it's cuz my phone was a bit laggy and so I let it rest for a while. But when I go and update my genshin, It keeps on crashing when it reached 99.45%. it did reach up to 99.47% but it didn't go further. I've been trying to fix it and I've even restart my phone and even uninstall and reinstall genshin. But still, no dice.

Can someone help me please, I need to still play this game and I still have to pull for columbina and build my character. Still haven't done the story quests and archon quest yet

If you really want to pull Columbina you should try using some clouds to play genshin, at least that's the only thing we can do for now💖,

I did download the cloud version of genshin, although there's a query and I've to wait. Hopefully it'll work

I got Unisoc T616, GPU Mali-G57 and have the same problem, the game crashes always on 99,36% compiling shaders. It never happened before the 6.3 update. The only thing support team told me is to try other device (like yeah, I sure have got tablets and PCs all over the house) or use Genshin Cloud, but Genshin Cloud don't have my Europe server, so it won't help in my case.
The support team said that my device is not supported, even tho the site tells that GPU Mali-52 is fine... Idk, I learned all that computer stuff just yesterday while trying to give life back into Genshin, but probably Unisoc is not powerful enough now to handle the game.
Right now it's been ten hours since I trying re-install it and crossing my heart it'll help.

Note: Although Genshin Cloud does NOT have a server in Europe, after entering through the American server, for example, you will end up in the game where you can select the European server.

Yeah same model and the game stopped working this patch. Will say though that the game has been struggling for a while now on this phone so I'm not completely surprised that it can't handle it anymore.

Only surprise is the timing, I expected smth like this more at the start of a new patch cycle when system reqs usually go up
