Help with neuvillette teams

I plan to get neuvillette, I have him guaranteed.
Now the team I wanna play/build first is:
Neuvillette
Furina
Fischl
Zhongli

Or should I rather get ineffa now and switch out fischl and zhongli? And if so, who to put in for zhongli.

Otherwise I was thinking of going for ineffa:
Neuvillette
Furina
Lauma/nahida
Ineffa

Furina is Neuvillette's best support, and he's pretty much a one-man army himself, so those other two slots really could be anybody. Ineffa is a very good teammate for him, and either Lauma or Nahida would also work really well. You're all set.

My go-to overworld team these days is Neuv - Ineffa - Lauma - Zhongli, and they tear through everything in their path.
