New privacy policy, for allows AI training on user's data and opt-out option... but where is the opt-out option in settings page?

"With regard to AI model training, you can withdraw your consent to authorize us to collect and process your user data for the purpose of model training by checking the "settings" page in our application and unticking the relevant checkbox. Once you turn this off, any new conversations and other user content will not be used to train our models."
So clearly by the privacy policy user can opt-out from AI data collect, by checking the "settings" page in the game...
But where is the option to "unticking the relevant checkbox" in the game?
So the AI is continuous collects data until how many day later they decide to update the game to have that option in settings... but who know if it event working or just a dummy check box.
