Do you attack Dottore, like straight up Dottore? If you do that, then you shouldn’t do that. You need to enter those red rifts, the enemies aren’t even a pain. Dottore isn’t even that hard.

I had C1 Chasca sometimes i pair her with Furina Attackmode, c6 Ororon/Shogun, Barbara OR with C2 Arle, Furina Healmode, c6 Lanyan against Dottore at lower level is still quite difficulty to me especially with a lot of specialeffects happening on my screen that makes my eye dizzy.
But for Dvalin and Childe in high level with Chasca and her Furinateam or Arleteam that I mentioned above is very very easy!

Sure he isn't hard, but he's still one of the hardest IMO becuase of how time consuming he is. Most other bosses can be one or two shot easily. Dottore can't unless you do the above.
To me, the longer it takes to clear, the harder it is. Easiest boss has to be childe, and then raiden, and then the whale. Childe is piss ez. Both whale and raiden can be one shot. Dvalin, then the wolf (bcuz it takes forever to reach him, and its very easy to trigger his 2nd phase which I don't want to). They can both be one shot but take slightly longer to set up. Natlan weekly, arlecchino, swamp monster are both pretty easy too, but since they take two shots due to having several phases. Natlan boss just has a lot of hp.
The only boss I think could be as annoying as Dottore is scara or signora. I personalyl dislike signora more because there is a real possiblity of dying unlike scara hwere its pretty hard to die. Chess boss is annoying too, but I'd say scara is the easiest bcuz you have little to no risk of dying. Chess can be nuked fast but has like 4 phases. Signora is time consuming and the middle part cannot be nuked fast.

I don't know what happens if you stay out, but when it told me to enter the moon rifts, I did, and since the apparitions are spaced apart, it takes a while to kill them as opposed to insta nuking them.
It's worth noting I used pyro dps against him and I know he has a lot of pyro res, but that has never been an issue. I consider bosses that stall a lot the hardest since there's a "fixed" time window that you cannot kill them before then. The ones I consider the easiest dont have such windows and can immediately be nuked.

Maybe he varies the order in which he does mechanics? He really just did the hide behind rocks thing and died after that without doing anything else. I *did* use Flins Premium Team (since they still need friendship), so there’s probably some "shill" going on; but my Columbina isn’t even properly build so it shouldn’t be that much dps.

Right after hiding behind the rocks, it says in very large red texts to enter the rifts, you probably ignored it. Like I said, i didnt ignore it and i just went in to fight the apparitions. Which is probably the "proper" way to beat him. I assume most people did so as well. I could prob trya nd test again if I didnt go inside.
I mean also depends on how well invested ur teams are. I wouldnt know. I dont have cons at all.

I just tried again. My relatively good Arlecchino team did indeed have issues. I saw the rifts spawning. I ignored them; from what I’ve seen they basically act as pretty large "you get big damage if you walk into me" zones but can be ignored otherwise.
Then I tried again with the flins team and he just got deleted in one rotation. Dunno if my Arlecchino team just sucks comparatively or if the matchup is just that much better
Edit: Wiki doesn’t talk about any kinds of advantages/disadvantages so it seems like it’s really just a dps check. Remind me of Narwhal where you could skip a lot of the fight with enough dps

Dottore has a 70% pyro res, so it makes sense arlecchino cant clear as fast. I dont know if he has other res, btu the 70% pyro res is a very heavy one.

The 5.X weekly bosses are scary. Xiuhcoatl is a nightmare if you don't have a natlan character or pyro traveler. Game before the gate is easy only if you have skirk or ganyu or wriothesley. The dottore one, is just easy. You can't attack him but his enemies in the red rift can make him lose hp and aren't that strong and it deals pretty good damage to him. So Dottore is easier than them.

Yeah, he just stands in one place all the time. Heck, one of his mechanics, the no-move one does nothing because neither of us are moving while I wail on him. His story version was harder but even then the Traveler and co kept standing back up due to willpower and the power of the True Moon.
