Hello, I've encountered a bug in quest which puts my quest in a never-ending loop. Is this a device issue? I tried using Genshin Cloud and it's still the same.

Ok, I finally got out of the loop.
I lowered the graphics to very low and had to repeat it twice, but it finally snapped out of it. Hope It works for you.
