They really twisting the knife in that last part with Sandrone. They really were close, probably the closest bond between harbingers so far
Im believing in the hopium that Sandrone has a back up body somewhere in Fontaine. Which is why she got Arle to take her core there

It won't. Sandrone is already in Fontaine WQ which you can make any time. And she is market as Harbinger. It's unchangable.

yeah during the quest there was also discussion about how if the core is isolated from the body it can lead to memory loss for scaramouche so it's possible the sandrone that we know is dead now and even if she was to be brought back it would be a completely different person

That said, after the part of the archon quest where we stomp around as Pulonia, I think that Sandrone will be playable somehow anyway, probably as a geo character.
