Who was the previous Welkin lady?

Her bangs genuinely look like paimons but she could just be a representation of all 3 previous moon goddesses. There has to be lore to this. Didn’t people say that Black Swan (Hsr) or Aponia (Hi3rd) looked very similar to her? As well as had some lorish reasons to be connected to them?

Did you go to the new region yet ? When I first logged in it was the usual but I checked again a few mins after exploring and it was columbina
