Can someone explain if I'm dumb or something

So I went my pulling for Bina/Ineffa, knowing I had a guaranteed but I got a ducking Qiqi. How is it possible to get a Qiqi when 50/50 is not involved??
I have the images of the other 5 stars I got before starting this pulling session and by counting them this one was supposed to be guaranteed, so I'm kind of confused if it's me who's dumb or the game.

Your last pull was Xilonen, a character featured in her banner. You did not have 100% chance to get Columbina/Ineffa.

To explain more clearly: everytime you wish on a featured banner, you have only 50% chance of getting the featured 5★. IF you don't get the featured 5★, then the next time you get a 5★, it will be the featured character. If you get the feature 5★ on the first attempt, this "bad luck protection" (pity) doesn't build up, which means, everytime you pull for a character, you will still have only 50% to get it. Once you get a character with pity system on, it will reset back to 50%.

Also, if you lose the 50-50 two times in a roll, the next (3rd) time you were supposed to lose the 50-50, another pity system will kick in, increasing your chance to get the featured character to 100%.

by your screenshots you last got xilonen on page 3 which means you were on a 50-50. page 1 shows your most recent pulls, so the first 5-star you reach on the history pages is the last one you pulled. 50-50s reset once you get a 5 star on the banner

I did not knew it resetted. So in this case I've got Xilonene so the next one wasn't a guaranteed?

Looks like you've been incredibly lucky with your 50/50's for a while, but Xilonen was your last pull meaning you were reset on 50/50 for Columbina/Ineffa and able to be Qiqi'd

Okay I'm confused, this clearly shows, you had won your last 4 50/50's, so why do you think you were guaranteed this time around. If anything you have been extremely luckly, most of us would be overjoyed with that kind of luck.
