Traveler still uses basic outfit while doing sidequests.
Finished the main quest and got outfit, traveler still uses the basic outfit and not nte hew one in any dialogues with npcs and such. Thats bit disappointing.
I doubt they will implement new outfit for side quests this patch, wait a bit

As other people pointed out, I don’t think the outfit swap will be implemented immediately. I definitely expect the new outfit to be the default for the next archon quest segment, and maybe even starting next patch. We’ll see if this Lantern Rite is included or not.
