So is columbina worth pulling if you have no other nod krai characters?

I very rarely play the game these days, so I don't have any of the new nod krai characters. Though I do used to be a huge whale (c6 arlechinno, c6 raiden etc etc) and I always loved columbina and wanted her but it seems every team build she's in requires at least one other nod krai character (usually a 5\* which I don't have). It seems that these days every new character comes as a bundle where you can't unlock their full potential unless you have other 5\* characters from their region which I just hate. Is there even any team where columbina is good and it doesn't require another nod krai character?

You can slot her into any optimal team for Lunar damage; having Nod Kwai characters makes her building a bit more efficient since they share Lunar based reactions.
Pull who you want.

She enables Lunar reactions for non Lunar charaters she is good regardless of having or lacking nodkrai charaters.

No she isnt. Without ineffa in her non nod krai teams, she is basically useless and even a dps loss for her non nod krai teams

Theres teams with no other nod krai 5 stars where shes "okay", not meta. Won't be meta unless another NK 5 star support/sub dps is with her.
