Anyone else getting these errors when starting Nod-Krai Act 8?? How do I solve this issue??

I start Nod-Krai Act 8 and can't get past the initial dialogues because this error pops up, the screen goes black and next scene doesn't start nor shows any indication of whatsoever.

Need help

You could try running vc_redist.x64.exe in the game's installation directory. I've seen it pop up as a fix every now and then when missing dll's occur.

I have mine in C:\HoYoPlay.

I downloaded the launcher from Hoyo themselves. It may be different if you got it from EGS or something. But you can find the install location in the launcher settings.

Not working
It said that another instance of it is already running so nothing could be done. Then I decided to put it on 'repair it' and it still didn't work.

Currently reinstalling the entire game.
