Who would help my account?

Annoying post, sorry! (Ill delete later) But I'm an on and off player, I just came back today after a while, and wow, tons of new characters lmao. Who do I pull for? I'm quite past the "pull for whoever it doesnt matter" point, since I'm almost at 59 and still have trashy damage and teams, my current one just being my 3 favs + random. I know I missed a lot of the newer characters, besides bina since I just got her, but who would be best to make a good team with who I have? I'm not very active any more so I'm not sure which characters go good with each other and I don't want to pull randoms and immediately bench. (Also, is neuv or whatever his name is still good? I was thinking of pulling for him if I keep saving just to collect, but it might change if someone else is way better)

Nuevilette is still great with Furina, Lauma is really really fkn good with Nahida hyperbloom those are the characters that i can see later on also Citlali for Arlecchino melt.

I know its committing but Ineffa + Bina literally sends chars who synergizes to Celestia. Kid you not Yae Miko on a night sky set with Widisth with those two and Sucrose is divine. Zhongli lowkey has a 120k team

Ive been hearing a lot about ineffa but I'm between her and neuv, but I might try to save and get both if they're both good!
