How to complete this puzzle/chest?

I’ve gotten every other chest in this area except this one. I’ve watched a YouTube guide that shows there should be something I can slice through where the purple mist is, but even after reloading my game it never appears. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this bug and knows what to do, or if I should just report it.

It’s a bug the chest is common. You have to logout and login on your game.

I said in my post that I’ve already tried this. Is there really nothing else I can try?

i have the same problem! I tried all day yesterday and logged in again today and I'm having the same problem😿

edit: I completed the quest in the area and it still didn't appear. I closed Hoyolab from the file manager and then closed my email in Genshin. It appeared when I logged back in. I hope this helps.

Ah that’s good! It was finally there for me when I logged on this morning, so it seems to just be a long winded error haha. There’s another chest doing the same thing but I’m just gonna wait with this one 😅
