I had lost my 50/50 for bina's weapon and didn't want the spear to go to waste so i was looking for characters who could use this while still being viable on an electro charge team and figured out candace skill counts towards Halo's secondary effect meaning you can proc the team-wide lunar charge buff. So if for some reason you have this weapon but don't have ineffa for bina, consider trying it with candace!
After a bit of testing i have deduced that candace is good with columbina specifically if you have access to fractured halo.
