Same. Every line they've said has been very predictable and their personality is basically just "I am a good person", even though they don't have a moral compass outside of "is this person nice to me?". It doesn't make for an interesting character. But it's been like that since the beginning. At least them talking is a sign of improvement.

I did. As I said, the traveler doesn't actually have much of a moral compass. I think they're more of a nice person than an actually good person, that's why I put it in quotes. But at the same time, their personality is all about appearing like a good person, and always doing the thing that we think a good person would do (and that has been the case regardless of their true motives or Dottore's views of them). To me, they've been quite simple and predictable in all their actions so far. I think there could be a lot more potential to them as a character that hasn't been touched upon yet.

But Traveler isn’t a “hero”(at least in a sense Dottore was talking about). Traveler can do bad things to get to their goals. It’s just that they have clear boundaries of what they will do.
They won’t go mindlessly killing innocent lives. But they are willing to work with unsavoury people or etc(but not on Dottores level)

I actually felt like this quest was about them becoming a character for the first time - Dottore directly asks you why none of your friends have helped you with YOUR problem, and then Columbina directly helps the traveler as a character and not a self insert, and then they get a new outfit and buff. It's like they were meant to be a potential self-insert up until this point, and as soon as they find their space ship they become an actual character with their own agency and the roller coaster to the end BEGINS

I'm glad that even his inner thoughts are voiced. Those were mute before and only spoken lines were voiced. Nod-Krai is doing my boy justice finally! Now if the dialogue popups will be voiced too I could leave this world with no regrets.
