Lorewise, Who is stronger, Columbina or Neuvillette?

Even with her handing over the moon marrows and draining a part of her power to return Kuuvahki to Nod Krai, she's still so powerful being the goddess of three moons that it's genuinely insane.

But Traveler won't ever remember that they have an ally that can one shot almost any threat they face. Too bad.

She definitely beats Neuvillette. You might be right about her strength, and I tend to agree with it, but she is at minimum comparable to Shades if not stronger cause tbf we don’t know the full range of the shades’s powers because of a few things: A. The Heavenly Principles were much stronger than the Moon Goddesses even before they arrived it seems. B. The Shades come from the HP meaning they probably have more power than just an authority. C. The Shades and HP have split up among themselves the same authorities that the Moon Goddesses have without stealing them like how they stole the authorities from the Sovereigns. So that implies they essentially duplicated those authorities, which is wild but we don’t know if the moon goddesses authorities are equal to Celestia’s authorities, or if one is stronger, which would probably be Celestia’s authorities cause they did remake the world by adding the human realm and they also come from the current ruler of Teyvat who has been suppressing the previous order, so that might mean that the trilune authority is not as strong in Teyvat as Celestia’s authorities. But if I had to guess, she is stronger than a Shade, likely stronger than most, if not all, sinners, but is certainly weaker than Nibelung who created the trilune authority in the first place, and the Heavenly Principles. She might be top 3 in Genshin, which is absurd to say about a playable character. There are only 3 characters (other than Nibelung and HP) that might be stronger than her, and those are Surtalogi, the third descender and maybe Alice (which I am really not sure about) because of her job. But I am pretty damn sure she is top 5

So columbina recieved 3 moon AUTHORITIES but since the reality the 2 moon is shattered and the moons are like powerstation to the goddess , the authority allows columbina to have access and right to use the 3 moons power but the power is ragged, weaken and not complete due to the physical hardcore is lacking, So she still have 3 moon powers with frost as whole , other 2 weaken but still able to use n she wasn't an reincarnation so she's not a rightful frost moon goddes but rather is borrow , she suppose to be the goddess of nodkrai but borrow the 3 moon powers 


so someone said she is stronger than neuvilette the reincarnation and the 'God of life's- total control of life n primordial sea water which the amniotic fluid birth columbina and other moon goddess with will of nibuleng so either she's a bit weaker or equivalent to neuvilette .As he had now full control of life while she is not the rightful frost moon , and she's not an reincarnation and she need neuvilette's water with her  kuvahhkki to able to have 'life ' at the first place in teyvat's timeline

Neuvillette only has the authority of the Primordial Sea and Hydro overall, but it has been stated countless times that the Moon Goddesses were the original wielders of Life, Death, Time and Space and they transferred their authorities to Columbina before their moons were destroyed, then she hid all the authorities in the Frost Moon so that nobody could notice it and wouldn’t be affected by the destruction of the other moons, and btw Columbina on her own IS a rightful Moon Goddess and always had some of the authority of the moon, that’s why Teyvat was rejecting her. It’s pretty obvious who is stronger tbh.
