Yeah I noticed it too... Really defeats the purpose of giving the traveler updated textures and a better 3D model if we're still gonna be forced to see the old appearance on every quest and cutscene.

i totally agree. Let's hope they actually change it to the new skin or at least give us an option cuz cmon who actually uses the traveler in teams

It sucks. I adore Lumine's new outfit so much, but it changes to default in dialogues. Why did they even give Traveler the new outfit and showed that they prefer it over their old one, if the new skin doesn't appear in the dialogues, let alone the cutscenes?

Probably because these quests can be done prior to the archon quest and so they aren’t programmed for it.
