Going for the Iridescent Moon’s Moon Marrow is a lot sadder now with context. Sonnet wasn’t delusional because of the Abyss’s corruption of the Moon Marrow, she actually remembered Columbina. If you remember she was cut off saying her farewell addressing her as “Hypo-“, Hyposelenia, a name she hadn’t given herself at the time.
Also correct me if I’m wrong but the Moon Marrow are the Moon Goddess’s actual remains after death when they are brought back but as humans without their divinity. Their natural ends leads to the Moon Marrow and Canon’s death leads to Columbina’s birth because the Frost Moon is still whole.

Wished only, when the 3 gave Columbina her powers, that those golden body marks woudl have moved over to Columbina's arms, shoulders and legs too, I think that would have been a nice little detail for the fusion, but whatever, we woudl have seen them mostly anyways only on her legs :D
