At the very North of the new Nod Krai area there's a Lunoculus on a rock cliff thing. The skybox on most of the rock has no day night cycle, but the very tip of the rock is different. If it's early night time, moving back and forth through between those points causing the Moon to fly across the sky quite weirdly.
