For c0r0 Columbina, ER should be more around 200-220% (similar to Furina). Higher ER is more for stygian where you begin with 0 energy.
Then you just deduct ER as needed if you have fav/proto amber, and depending if you build more ER for stygian or not (her ult is not needed for hydro app and personal damage, so you may want to not bother with stygian and just do first rotation without her ult)

She scales on HP so proto Amber is better for her damage, if you have ER problems and can’t burst reliably without fav then you use fav. Also fav will likely be best for SO, because it always is.

You can adjust them by your team's stats and needs. For example, on my team; Lauma use deepwood, SMS on Bina because she need more ER (artifact issue). Nefer obviously on night sky, and nahida/kuki use the new set.

Why put nahida or kuki on the new set? It's a lunar dps set, not a support. You could e.g. columbina aubade/lauma sms/nahida or kuki deepwood, columbina sms/lauma deepwood/kuki instructor, columbina sms/lauma 2pc EM/nahida deepwood (since nahida cant easily reapply instructor in that team)

I believe it is because, for LB she provides extra verdant dew (in the form of a reserve tank mechanic unique to bina) as part of her burst which is a big dps gain for Lauma to use her hold E in a rotation with nefer. The burst benefits for electro and crystallize are much less impactful to team damage and so you can avoid the crazy high ER requirements for them instead.

As many people here have said, 300 ER is clearly a typo. With Fav Codex, 180-190 ER is fine, and with PAmber it's actually lower at 170 ER.
This is in a Nefer team as well, with the Flins team being lower because of how Electro resonance gives bonus particles.

So you get a bit of energy (less than 2/3rds her sig, half of a Proto Amber) and an elemental damage bonus that doesn’t work well for her (a significant portion of her damage is attributed to Lunar damage and as such isn’t affected by DMG%), all for a HP bonus that’s only 8% more than Proto Amber…
Given that she also has a soft cap on HP scaling at 35k, Jadefall is genuinely worse in most teams than R5 Prototype Amber.

Nefer and Flins should only be pulled for if you really like their character but they need Lauma and Ineffa respectively.
