What

According to him we defeated Dottore's Clone(fraudtorre segment) and not the Original one.

I....kind of always assumed it was a segment.

Hat guy told us that he was only able to create segments cause of his body. Since they never met in this reality, he can’t create segments

They did meet in this reality. Hat Guy didn't change the actual events of the past. Dottore just, presumably, doesn't remember it was specifically *Scaramouche* who he studied. He still has the knowledge of how to create segments. It's just like how at one point Hat Guy said something where either Arlecchino or Sandrone was like, "that sounds like something someone I used to know would say," but they couldn't remember it had been *him*.

I am not so sure. I thought the same until yesterday.
Regardless. Dottore was a god and had the power to use astral projection.

Like, literally....a HUGE part of what happened to Wanderer and Nicole even spoke to us at that time was them making sure to make it clear that him "deleting" himself from Irminsul didn't actually change anything in the past and only people's memories were changed about the cause of whatever happened, not that the things didn't happen at all.

So it would be pretty strange if not only did Dottore not remember he was studying Scaramouche specifically but also that he forgot how to make segments entirely. It's far more likely that if he doesn't remember Scaramouche specifically, he remembers studying *a* puppet made from Irminsul that got discarded somewhere along the way once he didn't need it anymore.

It’s like Reverse Flash all over again

>!Dottore thought that the Traveler will join him because of mutual interest. He would have a better chance of convincing hin if he offers Primogems instead!<
