Yeah I don’t think we ever saw this scene or anything even close to it actually happen, hoyo doesn’t do stuff like this for no reason, that and the to be continued? Yeah this isn’t the last we’ll be seeing of him.

Gotta say, Dottore kinda reminds me of the mad Apothecary Fabius Bile from Warhammer 40k. Like he does cruel experiments, has clones of himself, actually made a Primarch in mint condition, and is actively hated in the Galaxy from various xeno factions to even his own Chaos Space Marine Legion. Quite an interesting fella
