Grind Fatigue
Hey, I’m a fairly new player and I love the game. I just finished Inazuma and I’m about level 80 with my character. Does anyone have any tips on how to get over grind fatigue? I feel like I am spending all my time trying to level up my characters and not actually playing the game. I also have been unable to get the best artifacts for any of my characters no matter how many times I play a dungeon. Is there an easier way to do it? I like the story and the actual game play but it’s gotten to the point where I don’t even use my new 5 stars because I don’t want to have to get them to the appropriate level before I can.

No, seriously. The game will still be there. Take some time to just enjoy the game.
Even if your characters are significantly lower leveled than enemies, you can still do a lot against them as long as you're using reactions effectively (most of your damage in the game comes from reactions). Also making sure you level your artifacts (and you don't really have to grind forever in artifact domains to get decent ones for doing story stuff) and your talents will go a long way. If you need help in getting the artifacts or talent materials, you can always just do co-op. There's often bored higher level players looking to show off their builds. :)
And as for artifacts farming, it is the norm that it would take weeks to find even a decent set. Nowadays, you are given an easier option to craft the piece you really need using the elixir, but it is advised to use it sparingly.
Also personal damage isn't all there is to it. You need to learn how to utilize the elemental reaction for easier fights. When I make an alt account, I manage to get through Inazuma with only Lisa, Xiangling, Xingqiu, and Barbara. Understanding elemental reaction and your characters' kit is the key.
You build 2-3 teams (aka synergistic characters working together in a team)
Your weapons are what need to be leveled all the way up
As for the rest of the roster you only level the if you want to play imaginary theater and those only need to be level 70+
Slow down and don’t grained that much
Enjoy the story and quests and farm some gears to keep up with the world difficulty
