Pointy ears are a normal, if not universal, feature of Teyvat humans. Their presence does not indicate any nonhuman heritage.

Yes it was explicitly told to us in game. She was born in Natlan to human parents.
As far as i can find, amos bow lore is the only place i see “elf” being mentioned. But my theory is elves came to teyvat either with humans, or some time after. The genetic traits are then passed down and may skip generations, hence “human” parents with an elf like child (Chasca)
