Floating common chest

Anyone knows how to claim this? Not a connection problem cause I was able to claim the floating boxes beside it. Checked Google but saw nothing.

Strange it won't let you claim it when you can claim the boxes while swimming, why wouldn't they let us claim the chest🤷‍♂️
