My predictions for 6.4 Banners
Varka is already all but confirmed at this point to launch in 6.4 and Lohen is seeming to be a very likely candidate for the Standard Banner unit, who also should be launching in 6.4, I don't have an Icon for Lohen so thats why the Standard Banner is shown there.
For reruns, we should definitely be getting an Archon rerun, the issue is we don't know which one and neither do the leakers, it is plausible Mavuika gets one in 6.4 and Raiden in 6.5 due to the Japan/China issue and modern favortism, but it also could be entirely possible Raiden gets one in 6.4 instead since she IS the next one in order based on Natlan's Archon rerun cycle, she synergizes better than Mavuika for the launch of more recent units(Durin, Lauma, and Columbina) and Yoimiya and Yae Publishing House appeared a few weeks ago so the whole ordeal may not be relevant anyways, we'll just have to see. For the 4th character, there are honestly so many different plausible options like Skirk, Flins, Lauma, hell they could pull a 6.1 and have Mavuika there for both Archon reruns though I don't think that's too likely. I think Escoffier would be the most likely character though since she is do for a rerun by this point, there are also leaks Lohen may be a Cryo DPS unit, if those are true, an Escoffier rerun would make perfect sense, similar to when Furina reran with Yumemizuki Mizuki for the last Standard Banner launch, she synergizes well with Mizuki and was a best in slot up until literally yesterday

If it's for meta then don't pull her because better electro exists. But if you want to pull only you like her then sure.
As for the 2nd half, i'd say Albedo with Escoffier or Xiao.
