Technically possible, but very unlikely. If they were coming, Columbina presumably wouldve had them.
Lunar also appears to be partially intended to give a few weaker element combinations some more use. Vaporize and Freeze are doing fine, so they don't need a new meta injection. (unlike Crystallize and Electro-Charged, and even bloom was falling off a bit.)

Doubt it, no other hydro-based reaction needs a buff, and that was the whole point of lunar reactions: buff old reactions that needed it.
Freeze got escoffier, Vape has always been good, Overload has good teams these days, the only last candidate would be Swirl but Varka will eventually release and he's clearly not Lunar related so that's out the window too.

i think point of lunar reactions, is to make transformative reaction do real damage

maybe swirl, but varka most likely will be hexarei, rather then moon assinned, but i cope

No, Columbina has three lunar reactions, and not just enabling, but actually dealing damage with them directly through her kit.
I could see them adding "oh yeah, she enables this reaction" later, but I absolutely can't see them totally revamping her Skill to include a version of it.
So, at this point, it makes no sense to add a fourth. We're done. Lunar bloom, charged, and crystallize. I feel like it's enough anyway.
