Devs didnt said mare jivari will be part of 6.X, they simply said it will be expanded later. And for the hexenzirkel, I have no idea

Hmm understood..

I believe the witches said they are in NK due to "disturbances" at Teyvats border likely caused by Dottore, but with them being so secretive there is likely something more happening beneath the surface

What about varka ??
Also its sus alice came after defeating rerir and didnt helped in dottore fight.
Saiyeh2026-01-15 10:28
Varka has completed his mission. He straight says at the end of the archon quest that it is time to head home.
Alice did help in the the Dottore fight. Nicole straight up said during her conversation with Varka that she and Alice anticipated him calling in the favor and had worked on what to do to help "To tell the truth, Alice and I had already discussed how we might help you all, so I didn't come empty-handed. I always like to be prepared." Just because she wasn't on the scene doesn't mean she didn't lend help even while she was doing her actual job - keeping Teyvat's borders in place.

Also what will happen to Racher? Nothing. He spent time trapped in - to him - an unescapable void of endlessness frozen in a moment of time. Because of that he let go of his past grudges, confronted his poor choices and acknowledged that he will never be reconnected with his love Tholindas. The man has accepted his fate and is content to stay there for the rest of his existence.
Remote-Memory17032026-01-15 10:04
But what about other sinners ?? How they will take it ??
Saiyeh2026-01-15 10:14
Why would they care? The whole questline showed that they were all very heavily self motivated, hell not a single one came to defend Khaenri'ah at it's fall. These are all people that fell to the pull of the abyss in pursuit of power to obtain their own goals. We have a bit more personality/information on Surtalogi and Rhinedottir from previous quests. Do they really seem like people that would do anything other than make a passing comment on his fate?
Weird_Construction782026-01-15 10:09
Yeah i think this pretty much killed my dreams of him being playable. Though now i'm not sure why he had that psuedo drip marketing
m_reigl2026-01-15 10:24
For me it was honestly the other way around. They wouldn't ever have made him playable in his Luna II state, so getting him some time to reflect in gay baby jail seemed like the setup for a later re-introduction.
Weird_Construction782026-01-15 10:40
You think he'll still come back after accepting his fate in that state,
I guess, though based on what c had to do in order to escape i do have my doubts they could ever get him out
m_reigl2026-01-15 11:17
I think so, yes. I see a lot of parallels between him and Scaramouche actually. Both were doing some horrible things, and both were to an extent manipulated into doing so by people / forces who only wanted to use them.
Scara was defeated, regretted his actions and tried to delete himself as a consequence. But it didn't work and so now he just has to live with it and try to do better in the future, helped by positive influences in his life in the form of guiding figures like Nahida and friends like the Traveller and Durin.
Rerir has also come to regret his actions and accepted his fate, but as of yet hasn't had the opportunity to do anything about it. Narratively, the same forces that corrupted his kingdom and destroyed his life still run rampant in the world. If we continue the parallel, guiding figures like Columbina and friends like the Dainsleif might help him to find his way back to a path of fighting the Abyss.

Didn't they say his body was pretty much dead though. I recall a line like it
m_reigl2026-01-15 12:24
I think Tholindis is dead, her body was destroyed and she only remains as an afterimage. Rerir's body is more durable, so as far as I understand he still lives.
Also regardin Binas escape, I think the problem was she couldn't open the gate from the inside. Maybe now she's free, there's a way to maintain a connection from the outside and pull Rerir out.

I need to replay it but im sure bina mentioned his body being gone while his soul is alive
