Absolutely not. You may want to read through Flins's character stories (you can reference the wiki if you don't own him) to learn more about their relationship. In short though Flins literally sees him as the "Young Master" as his boss is Nikita, Illuga's father, the chief of lightkeepers (who incidentally knows Flins's actual identity).

Exactly, he knows that Illuga knows, but he doesn’t come right out and say it because he enjoys the playful back-and-forth he and Illuga have.

That was the gayest thing Genshin ever did, and it's rich considering we have Lauma x Nefer and Al Haitham x Kaveh.

i really liked their interactions during the archon quest. illuga was being earnest seeing that it almost looks like the end of the world, meanwhile flins be flinsing with his lighthearted jokes
it's a shame they don't work together kit-wise but knowing hoyo it's not surprising anymore 🙂↕️
