got this artifact set for columbina,if i equip ineffa with these aswell and use them both on team,will the effects stack?if not,what should i use for ineffa?

If you use Columbina and Ineffa and use both as Sub DPS I suggest Silken Moon for Columbina and Morningstar from the New Area. That one Gives as absolutely massive Buff to Lunar Reactions

Then yes. Morningstar (the new set) on Ineffa, Columbina on Serenade, Sucrose on VV, and Fischl on Golden Troupe (the new set doesn't really give an improvement for her DPS).
