This is the most WTF and hype moment to me to be honest
The fact that Nicole, Varka and Arlecchino dragged the whole ass moon and crush the False Sky. This is the most insane on-screen feat so far. is absolute cinema.
Also Phanes surely has some high quality sleeping pills i need this.

But she's on the front lines
It’s very likely he isn’t dead. This was just one of many possible outcomes for his experiment, albeit via means he did not fully expect.
when columbine get trilune authority she siad "I now hold the threads of fate in my hands"
trilune authority
its a very very strong power
like the anthority of Neuvillette when he get it
it said "
"fate" is merely the manner in which the present ruler of this world plays with living beings. Now that he has obtained one part of seven of the authority over the mortal realm, and reforged the throne and title of a "Fully Fledged Dragon," he is one strong enough to equal and rival "the human realm"
and logic would dictate that he need not subscribe to this system known as "fate."
with great power u can change fate
some one like Surtalogi Which has reached a stage of power that is far beyond what we see and hear in Teyvat
he said " even fate bends its knee to me"
Columbina and Dottore did not achieve descender status with the trilune authority.
Fate as proper noun system and fate as a concept is a difference in semantics.

In this case, maybe I’m using Fate incorrectly.
My main point is that trilune authority does not make you a descender.
we a ready know this is not true
"and logic would dictate that he need not subscribe to this system known as "fate."
" even fate bends its knee to me"
"I now hold the threads of fate in my hands"

Trilune honestly dwarfs the authority of a sovereign in power. I think only the Shades/Sinner/HP can rival that power. Everything we saw Dottore do, Columbina should now also be capable of doing. Though I have a feeling we won't be seeing such feats anymore from here.
However, despite all that power. They are not descenders and therefore still shackled by fate.
Keep in mind HP had Angels as well.
>!The other one would be that he somehow imprinted some line of "code" into his soul with the trilunar authority, resulting in him being able to manipulate irminsul when it imprints his memory on itself once he dies. This 2nd one has no basis in earlier lore, nothing like this would be known to be possible. It just ties into his "experiment of blasphemy" that is rumored to potentially still happen in the future. So basically a kind of code that burns down the irminsul once it reads it!<
But yeah, flexing your op powers without being 1000% you're winning is a big nono, unfortunately almost all villains do that, I have yet to see someone who blasts directly then flexes.
Its best to leave it anime logic and rule of cool etc
Also from the way it behaves it seems more visual than physical.
You can't see it anyone else beyond natlan.
Burn someone in the same spot. That's going to leave a mark.
Also Dottore kindly put a tear in the sky so we could witness it lol
Would mean that Mavuika's blast actually probably reached into "high earth orbit" or so, meaning within the orbits of the original moons. Now that it's inside the False Sky, the Frost Moon is probably in geosynchronous orbit.
Sure, and I wouldn't factor that into things, I viewed that as taking place in a subjective realm of some kind.
It's also a bit complicated to do the math because we have to consider that the Teyvat overworld is not considered to be "1:1 scale", that is that if a building appears to be 3m across in our game, we should assume it's actually 9m across or more to the people who actually live in that world, because everything has been compressed for player and developer convenience. So anyone trying to measure the true scale of things would need to estimate that distortion and determine "true" scales for the Teyvat landmass, but I think we could take the Teyvat as view from the moon as being accurate relative to its curvature and to the moon's scale.
So my eyeball math would assume that even if scaled up to realistic sizes, the landmasses of Teyvat as we know them would still only be about the size of Europe, making a world that mostly consists of those landmasses considerably smaller than Earth, perhaps closer in size to our own moon. And then the Frost Moon would be smaller still, but closer in size to the planet its orbiting, and at a much lower orbit. We'd also have to factor in things like if they are of similar masses then they would have a binary orbit, which doesn't seem to be the case, so the Frost moon might be exceptionally light for its size, or Teyvat exceptionally heavy, which would make sense, as Teyvat gravity is, I believe, equal or greater than Earth gravity.
We also also need to consider their orbital speeds, and do we treat one Teyvat day as being Earth 24 hours long, or treat it as it actually is, which is, what, 40 minutes long or something? In either case, how many times does the Frost moon orbit Tevat in a day? Or does it move at all? I'm not sure, it could be synchronous, I haven't checked. But basically the closer it is, the faster it would have to rotate, all else being equal.
So TL;DR, in lieu of actual math, my assumption is "relatively small, but dense Teyvat, relatively tiny and much lighter Frost Moon, sitting at a very tight orbit to the planet, probably outside of the ISS orbit, but nearer to Earth's geocynchronous range, and well within Earth's L1.
The one thing we do know for sure is that the round-Teyvatters will have a field day with all this.
Moon also confirmed to have less gravity than Teyvat; I found great joy in realizing I could jump higher, and the glide-angle may be lesser as well. Someone really dedicated could probably figure out jump height and correlate that with rough gravitational pull, using the base Teyvat jump-height and assuming that's identical to Earth's gravity.

Genshin doing what Destiny can't.
I'm not saying we left the atmosphere, you can tell that by how character movement isn't affected like how it is on the moon. I'm just saying that we were high enough in the sky while the moon was actively being pulled towards us that saying the size of the moon was not properly "to scale" seems disingenuous.
I'm not sure how to express this without pictures and diagrams. Everything in that cutscene is staged and angled to put everything into one frame for visual clarity. The moon looks like it's just a few hundred meters above the arena we fight Dottore on, at least in the cutscene. But when you are actually fighting him after that point with Columbina, you can't even see it above you. (I don't think, admittedly; I'm searching through some streamer's videos and no one tried to look up before Columbina changes the domain with the three moons visible. Though when she does that, before the domain actually changes, she does fly into the air and there's still no visible moon that I can see.) The cutscene was for cinematic effect, to emphasize the moon crashing through the False Sky. In reality, the False Sky is not that close to Teyvat.
We also know this because when we visit the moon later, we're within the False Sky (that's the whole point afterall; the Frost Moon is within the firmament now), but we're also clearly in orbit above the planet. Much higher than we were when fighting Dottore, as you said we're still in the atmosphere, there's clouds around us.
It's entirely possible that, even to the characters in the game, things *appeared* as close as they did. Visual illusions and such, whatever you want to call it. Stuff like that happens in real life, like the moon appearing to crest the horizon before it actually does as the light bounces off the atmosphere. Things like that. But I very much doubt that the moon was actually as close to the planet as the cutscene implies. The False Sky certainly didn't start at "just above atmospheric level" and then suddenly expanded to 10x its size so the journey to the moon later would make sense. No, I think the False Sky has always been that big and that far away, the cutscene takes some cinematic license, and Mavuika's blast must have reached into Teyvat's orbit to hit the False Sky back in Natlan (which was my original point).
(The scene happens)
It was quite a fest of back and forth "Thanos Gambit" and hoping that our side can finally outplay the heck out of mister "I have planned for this opportunity"
As for Heavenly Principles well... it's kinda funny that neither he, nor the Shades did anything about Il Dottore actively threatening the world and going "I am the rules" kind of stuff...
We have a theory with friend about this but we need to iron it out first before "going public" with it, as it is now it would be not much better than random speculation.
Also late "best regards" to Nibelung, Columbina outplayed his whole carefully constructed prison, haha.
He closed it later to prevent them from lowering the moon, but the moon end up crushing through anyway
“Dammit I just fixed this damn boundary and they go and break it again!!”
The actual cutscene was still hype but a bit disappointed because of my unrealistic expectations.
I could show you what you want to see
And take you where you want to be
You could be my luck
Even if the sky is falling down
I know that we'll be safe and sound
*Epic fanfare*
Safe and sound!
*Song by Capital Cities*
Then, "world annihilation" and we have to evacuate Nasha town, and warn all other nations about the incoming danger. This is the first time we ask help of other nations.
The chapter VII and VIII were absolute cinema!
