The newest domain is locked behind 5 star characters.

I'm a day 1 player and someone who doesn't have any Nod Krai characters, mainly because there isn't a single one that seemed interesting so I just skipped them. This was fine until I tried the newest artefact domain and quickly found out that if you don't use lunar reactions: you're fucked. Alright, I have Aino so I guess I'll use her.
Except I can't, since she doesn't do lunar reactions! The only characters that do are 5 star characters! Which means a person like me, who doesn't have a single 5 star nod krai character, has to suffer.
I don't understand why they would do this, at least with Natlan every character had nightsoul mechanics!
My rant is over maybe I'll get Ineffa just so I can do the domain and fight overworld monsters.

That elite is do damage which puts it into grey state then you deal grey damage to kill it, if you fail to kill it in that time it’ll go back to normal health of whatever is left then you repeat that

The new one is 2x 3 small enemies with shields that can only be damaged by elemental attacks / reaction damage, with lunar reaction damage being especially good, and only have to break one since if they’re linked, breaking one breaks (and groups) them all

It's just a damage check. I used OL Varesa to clear it. Only problem I faced is the enemies went different directions but that can happen in every domain.

just like with void shields, I've found burning to be very effective since reaction procs quickly deplete the shield. I cleared it a few times together with a friend and our team was Emilie/Bennett/Venti/Durin. Slightly slower than when we used lunar chars.

As for lunar reactions locked behind 5 stars, that's a real shame, but not the deal breaker for an artifact domain, imo.

You just have to deplete their shield first. I cleared it with raiden hypercarry .
