It shows act VIII which is strange cuz we always get free wish after an AQ

I don't know what else to say because I got my free wish in the Adventurer's handbook after clearing Act 7. Even claimed it before completing Act 8.
If it still doesn't appear after a reset, screenshot, video and whatever else proof you can get and just report it to CS.

did you referring to the 500 reward? or the 1 intertwined fate? because we did get 1 fate from act VII

No, we get the free fate. Check your Reward Collection Record, it's there.

it did. check your adventurers handbook. if act 8 is still there then you haven't finished it yet.
