I've been using Ineffa since the previous release....and here are my two cents :
\- Artifact :
\-- Well...depends. If you have a Flins team for example (Flins, Ineffa, Bina/Aino/Koko, Sucrose), he needs to be on NotSU, someone (Ineffa or hydro unit) has to be on Silken, Sucrose on VV. If you dont have any good pieces for Ineffa, use 2pc 2pc EM or GIlded Dreams works as well
\-- If you dont have any Lunar characters, then just slap Aubade on Ineffa
\- Weapon :
\-- Sig best for personal Dmg
\-- Prospector's shovel R5 is amazing as well
\- Stats : Min 2000 Atk to get max from her passives
Atk Sands, Atk Goblet, Crit Circlet. Some claim EM Sands works better, but I have tested almost all the different artifact + weapon combos and Atk% gives me the max dmg.
Ideally you should always be with 1 more Nod Krai character

True true...I'm just assuming OP has farmed enough SIlken pieces compared to Aubade pieces

Her build doesn't really differ between on-field and off-field except that you do not want to give her the new Aubade artefact set when on-field.
If by "dps" you mean maximum damage, give her the new set, build her for a ton of attack and crit, and give her the usual Lunar Charged team except if you don't have flins you can probably throw in any on-fielder that vaguely synergizes with electro and cryo.
If you mean on-field, switch to the DPS nod krai set (black/purple color theme) and that's about it. Her kit isn't made to be on field but there is nothing *requiring* you to be off-field either so you can just keep her there and spam attacks, just give her teammates that do stuff while off-field, stuff like Aino/Sucrose/Fischl or Xingqiu.
