Genshin Luna IV Finale Analysis
Moon goddess consists of:
1. Body - has their mind and personal power (marrow)
2. Soul/divinity - their divine power
3. Authority - their anchor to the moon to use its power
4. Moon - their anchor to the planet (teyvat)
Columbina timeline
1. (T-500) Born as the frostmoon goddess (body+divinity)
2. (Present) Goes to the moon gate
3. (Moon's reflection T-2000+) Obtains the trilune (divinity and authority) of the three moons sisters. Transformed her body to moonlight and poured it over Nodkrai (kuvaki) and kuhenki). Hid the trilune authority in the frostmoon. Her divinity remained in the reflection
4. (Present) Reborn. Sandrone frees her soul from the reflection using the modified world formula and luonnotar. Claims the trilune authority inside frostmoon. Finally claimed her body from Nodkrai
Sandrone's findings
1. Initial scan detected 3 moons even though 2 moons were destroyed and frostmoon is dead
2. Act VII scan shows 4 moons eventhough Columbina is gone. She was expecting 2 or 3 moons
3. She is actually not scanning the moons or moon marrows. Shes actually scanning the lunar authorities. It remains 3 because the original 3 (trilune) is hidden in the frostmoon
4. She scan 4 in Act VII because Dottore was successful in creating a fake lunar authority.
Dottore
1. He lost because his trilune is fake. The marrows containes only the moon sister's personal power. Although his artificial moon was indeed considered as a new lunar authority by teyvat.
Moon goddesses
1. Without their divinity and authority, they devolve to mortals equivalent to allogens
2. Without their moons, they dissolve leaving behind their remains (marrow) behind which is the source of their power
3. Canon remained because her anchor to teyvat (Cannon - Frostmoon) remains
4. It is unknown how long Canon lived but she eventually dies and her remains gave birth to Columbina as the new frostmoon goddess
5. Columbina (before Act 7) is not rejected by teyvat because the moons no longer belong to teyvat
6. The moons still belong to Teyvat
7. The moon sisters no longer belong to Teyvat because they lost their lunar authority to Columbina to escape the reflection
8. Columbina is rejected because her existence is redundant and an anomaly
9. Her future self exists at the same time as her, as the kuuvahki in Nodkrai and soul in the moon's reflection
10. At most 3 instances of Columbina exists at a time in our gameplay before she was reborn (The living Columbina, Columbina traversing the moon's reflection and influencing reality, Columbina's soul trapped in the reflection waiting 2000+ years to be reborn)
