The unlock eligibility is all confirmed. Finishing the “True Moon” Archon Quest, being the final one in the Song of the Welkin Moon arc in Nod-Krai, means that the Selenic Chronicles is now re-unlocked. Let’s go get more quests with Columbina, the Moon Goddess! Good luck, everyone!

I have finished the 12th Selenic Chronicles quest instantly after the Archon Quest, on Thursday, so I have just 6 weeks to go to fully finish it, guaranteed in the next patch, which is one day after Luna 5 starts.
