Columbina, Lauma, Ineffa, and Sucrose team… Who should i build as who?

Im thinking of building a team with these four characters… but idk who to build as what? Only sucrose is already fully built on elemental mastery as an anemo buff support to spread out the elements and trigger more reactions… but what about the other 3? who should be main dps? etc
