Should I pull for Columbina ?
I only have a few characters and I think I should try my luck on everyone so I get more characters. Right now I only got a Team with Varesa as DPS and one with Kaeya as DPS

If you plan to pull for Zibai in 20 days or Flins/Nefer when they return, then yes.
If you don't plan to get any Nod-Krai main DPS, then no.

No, unless you have the primos and desire to pull for Flins or Zibai. She doesn't do much without Lunar characters.
I'd say wait and pull for the inevitable Hex Team, Since that's probably going to be the next shilled thing, but you don't have Durin either.
However, you probably should level your characters.

If you want to do lunar charged varessa yes. It might be a bit odd but it might work.
