Hey I am currently at AR 17. I have 10 characters. 1.Aether 2. Manekin 3.Amber 4.Noelle 5.Kaeya 6.Lisa 7.Dori 8.Razor 9.Ifa and 10.Ororon
Which character should I used and how and for what?, don't worry about leveling up.
Right now my team consists of Noelle level 27 , razor 27, kaeya 27, aether 27 with protocol rancourt ,. But I also upgraded annd have amber 25 and Ororon level 25 with stringless bow

use this team: razor, fischl, sucrose, barbara
razor your main damage dealer on the field
fischl your damage dealer off the field
sucrose your AoE damager / crowd control
barbara your healer
the fact that you keep everyone at level 27 and call the male traveler aether makes me think that youre actually not a new player
forge him a prototype archaic, you get the billet from the sword cemetry in dadaupa gorge and mine 50 white chunks and crystals
your best early game team: diluc - kaeya - sucrose (free) - barbara (ar18)
Just have fun at this stage of the game, just save your fragile resin, that's enough
Maybe farm talent books while you're at it
