Confusion about Dottore

People are talking about Dottore maybe having created another Segment after erasing all of them in Sumeru to negotiate for the Electro Gnosis with Nahida as an explanation for how he could still be alive in the future, but I'm a little confused here.
It seems like the Dottore that experimented on Scaramouche to make him into a God and negotiated with Nahida and the one that stole the Moon Marrows in Nod Krai and became a false moon God are one and the same. Even if Dottore never made another segment after Sumeru due to a lack of time and resources, was the Dottore that erased all of the other Segments back in Sumeru not a Segment himself?
He's referred to as ''Omega Build'', an odd title for Dottore to be using if he is in fact the original, and he also refers to this ''segment'' of him as being the most selfish of all during his conversation with Nahida.
My understanding was that the original Dottore created different segments of himself, all representing him at a different time in his life, and that there were two of those Segments back in Sumeru. The one referred to as ''Omega Build'' who had the title card introduction, helped orchestrate all of Sumeru's plot, and deleted all of the other Segments and Boattore (fanon name), who talked with Tighnari and left the nation to create the illusion that he would no longer be involved in the plot, giving us the ''I left Sumeru but I also stayed in Sumeru'', now dead after being erased by the ''Omega Build''.
In which case, should the Original Dottore who created the ''Omega Build'' Dottore not still be alive?
I don't think that ''Omega Build'' and Boattore are the same. If you pay attention to their dialogue, Boattore's voice is much softer than ''Omega Build''. I don't think there's any doubt that ''Omega Build'' was the one who stayed in Sumeru and not the one who left.
So I would have thought that the original Dottore would still be around, unless he was going around calling himself ''Omega build'' for some odd reason? Seems like an odd thing to call the original.
