Ineffa or zibai
Hey,As a f2p player I pulled for both columbina and ineffa,I got bina and i lost 50/50 to ineffa ,should I pull for ineffa with my guaranteed rolls or should I pull for zibai but she requires illuga C6 WHAT IF I DON'T GET HIM to C6 someone please help me to decide . There's also other option like should I skip both of them and wait for other good lunar characters.thats all guys

Don't pull on a banner with bad 4\* (like the current one) if you are not willing to continue until you get the limited 5\*. The primos that you used to lose the 50/50 on Ineffa could have been used on Zibai's banner.
Zibai doesn't need Illuga C6 to function, and you surely won't get Illuga to C6 if you pull for Zibai C0.
Depending on what you have or have not, a Zibai/Columbina team with low cons 4\* might be similar in DPS output to a Ineffa/Columbina team without Flins and with a "bad" carry (what people refer to as a "wheelchair" team). The wheelchair team will, obviously, be more flexible. With say C6 Illuga and C6 Gorou or Zhongli, the Zibai team is basically equivalent to Flins/Ineffa or Nefer/Lauma in terms of output.
Since you have Columbina, I would suggest you to pull for a lunar team - and I would still suggest a full team for longevity reasons, even if that is more expensive. Whether you want to pull for Zibai, Flins/Ineffa, or Nefer/Lauma (or even pull Ineffa and then Lauma for a Columbina on-field team, even if that is less good than using one of the 3 carries), it is up to you.
That being said.
If you want to commit to the Lunar Cystallized team, then C0 Illuga and C0 Zibai will be serviceable enough to get you around sans the hardest Stygian modes
However, Ineffa + Columbina core is more flexible and allows you to play more teams.
