My prediction is that she'll have no memory of the Nod Krai story. She has a backup mode but its not updated and that will be the conflict her character story

Could be even worse. Sandrone explains in the story that when a puppet's core is without a new body for too long the data gets corrupted or it forces a system reset.

Basically when she wakes up its possible that it'll be a new person entirely. A blank slate. The next she wakes up it won't be her, and the risk of that is likely why she had Arlechino hide this from Columbina.

Idk about the time but even with no external information the fact that they directly mentioned a potential "backup plan" basically confirms that she'll be back at some point.

All of that was basically confirmed from the Ordo quest given all the hints and descriptions of Alain creating a robot of her sister, what her sister looked like, and then Sandrone revealed to be a robot.

This is the most direct confirmation however.
