sucrose/nahida are the best offensive options, kuki is decent for survivability, while ineffa is the better if you have prototype amber on columbina

I kicked out Nefer, brought in Ineffa and then added a healer for incidental damage.
Nefer was just a huge liability on the team. Probably the only character I really regret pulling. From my experience she just constantly dies even with a shielder.
I prefer defense to glass cannon teams.

You're bad at making use of the i frames then. It's not about maximizing damage sometimes, you can time your charged attack cancels dashes instead of just playing no dodge impact

Lanyan or kuki for now since lan yan is above c2 her shield is great or if you need a healer go for kuki

Nefer on the NK DPS set
For the other two you have two options:
- Lauma on 2x EM set and Columbina on Serenade set
- Lauma on Serenade set and Columbina on Aubade set
Very close in performance with a very slight advantage for the first option assuming everyone is C0 without their weapon (Lauma or Bina R1 -> option 2 is better iirc).
For the last character you want someone with the Deepwood set. Who specifically depends on your needs:
- for max damage, Nahida
- if you die a lot, a healer (kuki for example)
- if you get interrupted a lot, a shielder (Ineffa being the best)
In your case, Kuki is a good pick since you have her. If you ever get Lauma C1 you can ignore the need for a survivability character and go all in for damage.

With that much vertical investment honestly the benefit of 2xEM for Lauma is not as noticeable, and Columbina is starting to bring enough damage of her own to be worthy of Aubade.
I'm not a theorycrafter though, I can't tell you how much dps you'd reach with that.

Kuki is the default option, because she works better as a trigger for artifact sets such as Instructors or Deepwood.
That said, you can also use Sucrose, Charlotte, Jahoda or even Barbara. Barbara is now a good option for Nefer, because Hydro resonance bumps up Columbina's damage, and she fullfils the requeriment for the extra lunar damage reaction as a HP scaling unit.
