Traveler has come a long way.

They used to not care what happen to Teyvat. Now, they consider it home.

Kinda wondering what happen when they met Abyss sibling again as Abyss Order wants to destroy entire Teyvat.

The Abyss Order doesn't want to destroy Teyvat. They want to make a new Khaenri'ah.

Which is the same as destroying Teyvat.

Everyone else is perfectly happy with the way things are now.

Not really, we know from A Space and Time For You that the sibling isn't looking to replace the entirety of Teyvat with Khaenri'ah. They're looking for a place (and time) to put it. I suppose if you're thinking that the return of Khaenri'ah would lead to another Cataclysm...then sure, but the Abyss Order isn't trying to do that, it would defeat the purpose.

As far as we know, if you think of the Winter Night's Lazzo trailer and Pierro saying that Signora's "resting place" will be the "Old World" impiles that they will be bringing about a "New World" which...kind of suggests that the Teyvat as we know it will be destroyed so really you should be at least as concerned about the Tsaritsa's goals as the Abyss Order's.

Abyss Order doesn't want to destroy Teyvat, but they will sink to just about any means if it means getting Khaneri'ah back, and if the other nations must suffer in the process, they won't hesitate to go through with it.

I think the closest we are getting is a conflict between the two.

Traveler considers the seven nations more important and the sibling Khaenri'ah.

Sibling's method to bring Khaenri'ah back might end up devastating the seven nations, which might lead to a standoff between the two.

When did they not care about Teyvat?

Also in the original story the Abyss sibling did not want to bring back Khaenraeyah, they just wanted to break the curse. But those people who were enjoying the accidental immortality and power granted to them by the curse weren't happy about that.
