Why tf doen't the traveler use they're skin in the dialoues after the aq
I've done the archon quest, happy to see traveler's new model, just for that to be ruined litteral seconds after..
So, i went to do my selenic chronicle, and what do i see, the old ugly model, when the chronicle itself clearly happened after the main quest, then i checked a random worldquest, still the old model. And now the big question, why they fuck did they even make those skins if they are present neither in cutsenes nor dialougues? What's the point, one who completed the whole of nodkrai simply never uses travelers in combat.
And it's not "it's your false hopes/expectations blah blah" situation, i'm sure every one of us thought it was to make traveler look on par with other chars in the story
In the end it's fine, simply nothing changed, but it's still so disapointing, i don't see a single reason not to use these models in the story

edit - Ok maybe not. I did it like 30 minutes ago and I swear Lumine was in the new one. Party was Navia, Furina, Columbina, Xilonen so it wasn’t like I was seeing my own char in the party. I had already done the AQ yesterday. I swear to god I saw it lol, now I need to go find a streamer that did it after the AQ to see if I’m spreading misinformation
Realistically, they simply coded these real-time cutscenes to pull the data for "Aether\_Base\_Skin" or "Lumine\_Base\_Skin" and that was fine for years because it's literally all that existed at the time. But now there's new skins; "Aether\_New\_Skin" and "Lumine\_New\_Skin". If they had coded the game to say "pull 'currently equipped Traveler skin'" then we probably wouldn't see this issue, but that's not how it was done.
